Polished Buildings Scening
Just wanted to drop a few screens of some SP scene work I did.....
And some terrain border fiddling......
(credit to gutekfiutek's PL, theWitcher's Panormanic Mod, and openshaw's Expanded Horizons, along with my own work)
(Native scenes - custom terrain borders)

Wow those scenes look very impressive and well thought out. Are you interested in joining the guild?

Very nice looking! I thought the panoramic mod is for the original Mount & Blade only?

Possibly. I do mostly single player scening though.

It is, but it can be used with warband with some tweaking

The guild is a collection of mappers, regardless if you map for single player, a mod, or multi player. We support one another and give advice/constructive criticism as well as play testing. We also can exchange maps if you have a clan or server. So you are welcome to join if you would like, I think your work looks great!
Re: Polished Buildings Scening
Thanks. I haven't done a lot of scening so far, but I certainly plan to.

Re: Polished Buildings Scening
Welcome to the guild then associate! I look forward to seeing all the awesome scenes you build
Re: Polished Buildings Scening
Ah, well thanks.
That arena scene might make a nice small scale duel scene.....possibly. I'd have to adjust entry points. Thoughts on that, as I don't play multiplayer that much any more. (and of course it would have to be for a mod since it uses custom props)

Re: Polished Buildings Scening
For duel and TDM you simply need to scatter the entry points all around the map. I like to choose covered areas if possible so that someone is not pegged by an arrow the moment they spawn.

Is there a guide or tutorial I can use?

Re: Polished Buildings Scening
There might be, but I don't have any bookmarked. I taught myself the basics of modding, mainly adding new resources to the game. If you're interested though, I can explain the process to you in PM or out here

Made some new sceneprops today. I plan on totally remaking the siege scene for Praven.

Dude that is so sweet, i wish we could use those in Native :\ You have to be pretty clever to get native props to look fresh in maps. I really hope in warband 2 they allow full map DL so you can use custom props.
Re: Polished Buildings Scening
Some of today's modelling work.....
Warband is being particularly tempermental today and has so far managed to refute all efforts to take nice in-game screens of my prop....
